I am beyond excited to announce the first gathering of Embodied, a workshop held at the stunning Maya and Moon Wellness Studio in Christchurch.

This is an invitation to drop into the body and let the heart lead. Working with the energy of the Leo Full Moon, this workshop weaves intention setting for the year ahead with cacao, crystals and creativity.

Welcome & Energetic Arrival
We begin the workshop by gently arriving into the space together, tuning into the expressive, fiery qualities of the Leo Full Moon. You’ll be guided to choose a crystal ally to work with throughout the evening.

Cacao Ceremony
A nourishing cup of ceremonial cacao to warm the body, soften the nervous system and open the heart, supporting presence, connection and emotional flow.

Crystal Connection Ritual
A guided practice to tune into your chosen crystal, its energy, symbolism and how it supports the themes of Leo and Aquarius. You’ll learn how to work with your crystal intuitively and intentionally.

Creative Expression Session
An immersive, vision-boarding-style experience focused on expression rather than outcomes. Through imagery, colour and collage, you’ll explore what lights you up, what you’re drawn to, and how your inner world wants to be seen. This is a playful, pressure-free process supported by music, bliss balls and a relaxed, communal atmosphere.

Journaling, Oracle & Integration
Time to write, reflect, pull oracle cards and integrate what’s surfaced. Sharing is always optional, you’re invited to honour your own rhythm.

Closing Circle
We gather to ground the work, seal the space with gratitude, and offer a small take-home gift to support your continued journey.
