We offer curated collections of crystals, vintage treasures, and sacred objects. Each item is handpicked and described to the best of our ability. Due to the nature of vintage items and natural crystals, each piece is unique, variations in colour, size, inclusions, and markings are to be expected and embraced.
2. Payment & Currency
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment is due at checkout via the methods offered on our platform (e.g. PayPal, credit/debit card, etc). Your order will not be shipped until payment has cleared.
3. Shipping & Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 working days unless otherwise stated. We ship via Royal Mail. Once dispatched, delivery times will vary based on your location. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, we are not responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the fragile, one-of-a-kind nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged. If your order arrives with a significant issue, please contact us at [info@hausofmossandmoon.co.uk] within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description so we can make it right. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
5. Damaged or Lost Items
We package everything with intention and care, but occasionally mishandling in transit happens. If your item arrives broken, contact us immediately with photos. We do not take responsibility for items lost in the mail, but we will do our best to assist you.
6. Disclaimer
Our vintage finds and crystals carry stories, wear, and a sense of soul. Imperfections are part of their charm and authenticity, not faults. Please read descriptions carefully before purchasing.
