Refund policy

Due to the fragile, one-of-a-kind nature of our items, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. If your order arrives with a significant issue, please contact us at info@hausofmossandmoon.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description so we can make it right. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

All vintage pieces in our collection are preloved and may show signs of age and wear, which we believe only adds to their charm and story. Each item is sold as seen and lovingly chosen for its character and authenticity. Please review photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Due to the nature of crystals being ancient relics of the earth, each piece is beautifully unique in colour, shape, size, and natural markings. Small imperfections, inclusions, and slight surface chips are completely normal and part of their raw, unpolished story.

We handpick each crystal from trusted, family-run suppliers who source ethically and work only with partners upholding responsible mining practices around the world. While we do our best to accurately describe and photograph each piece, slight variations may occur. Every crystal is handled with care and thoughtfully packaged for safe delivery.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
