Thank you for supporting Haus of Moss + Moon. Every parcel is prepared with intention and care from our studio in Oxfordshire, UK.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your treasures journey from us to you.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–5 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
During launches, restocks, or seasonal peaks, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always communicate clearly if there are any delays.
Each piece is wrapped securely to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
UK Shipping
We currently ship via Royal Mail, Tracked 24 or Tracked 48.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Tracked 48 Delivery: 2–4 working days

Tracked 24 Delivery: 1–3 working days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and service selected.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected destinations.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Europe: 5–10 working days

Rest of World: 7–14+ working days

Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once a parcel has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the courier.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

We cannot be held responsible for parcels marked as delivered but not received.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Haus of Moss + Moon is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Damaged Items
We package each item with care, but if your order arrives damaged:

We will assess and arrange a resolution where appropriate.
Pre-Orders (If Applicable)
If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will ship once the pre-order item is ready unless otherwise stated.
