Mugwort is a visionary herb that supports intuition, dreamwork and spirit connection, making it a beloved ally for lucid dreaming, meditation, and ritual. She gently guides you through periods of transition, offering protection while helping you trust your inner knowing. Traditionally, Mugwort has also been used to support the menstrual cycle, calm the nervous system, soothe digestion, and invite deeper connection to the rhythms of the body and the natural world.
Known as the witch's herb, Mugwort has been revered for centuries as a sacred plant medicine. Named after the goddess Artemis, guardian of the moon, the hunt, wilderness, and the feminine, it has long been associated with ritual, divination and the liminal spaces between worlds.
